What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that custom-strung heads and personalized apparel are final sale.
Do Powell Lacrosse shafts come with a warranty?
Yes, our high-performance shafts come with a limited 6-month warranty against manufacture defects, such as severe denting or snapping during normal play.
Can I request a specific stringing pattern?
Absolutely. Our master stringers can customize your pocket based on your position and preference. Simply add your specifications in the order notes at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our lacrosse gear worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at the time of checkout.
